Welcome
Welcome to the Mentone neighborhood.
We strive to maintain a pleasing and family friendly community for all
residents to enjoy.
The purpose of this site is to
provide useful information to our homeowners and fellow neighbors in
our community. We look forward to any comments or suggestions you may
have that will improve our community.

Meetings are open to all homeowners and are normally held on the third
Thursday of each month at the pool pavilion. We hope you'll find time to join
us and perhaps contribute to your community by joining a committee.
The next Board of Directors Meeting will take place on
Thursday April 18, 2019 at 6:30 PM.
Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Lap swim from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM
The pool is heated from mid-March through Thanksgiving.
Planning an event at the Pool or Pavilion?
Be sure to submit your
Event Form
to the Board for review at least two weeks prior to event.

Other Thoughts
Mentone aims to be a family friendly community that works together for the
benefit of everyone. We seek to maintain a peaceful, beautiful and welcoming
neighborhood. Our Social Committee is dedicated to assisting with and
providing frequent family-friendly and community-wide events. Please take
time to greet your neighbors and get to know them and/or join us for one of
our events.
